Quesnel Search and Rescue (QSAR) provides emergency-response services to part of the Cariboo-Chilcotin region bordering the area with CCSAR in Williams Lake and PGSAR based in the North Cariboo region surrounding Prince George. The response jurisdiction area is north of McAllister railway overpass, south of Hixon, west to the Itchas, and east of the Bowron Chain covering approximately 23,300 square kms.

Training Schedule

See the Whiteboard at Headquarters for the Posted Training Schedule and watch for updates. Most Thursdays are designated to rotate through each discipline to work on various skill sets during training and practices. Select Weekends are set for full day Training Practice sessions.
